Guided Walk – wildlife eel walk with SERT

12:00 am

Join SERT and on the banks of the Gatwick Stream as it flows through Grattons Park. As part of our Thames Catchment Community Eels Project we’ll be exploring the fantastic habitats created here through restoration and re-naturalisation of the river, as well as sharing with you the incredible tales of the European eel and other the wildlife that lives alongside it. We’ll also give you the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the smallest river inhabitants by collecting a sample from the stream. An exciting event for the whole family.

Meeting point: Grattons Park Car park, St Mary’s Drive, Crawley, RH10 3BG.
