This is the first training workshop for volunteers with our project partner Action for the River Kennet (ARK). ARK are looking for keen volunteers to be trained to become part of their Eel Force! The Eel Force volunteers will use a newly developed citizen science eel barrier walkover surveying method (ObstacEELS) and work as small teams to log data .

The training is a two step process, with online training and ‘in the field’ training. This event is step one.
